Loan Officers:  Distributes loans, collects repayments and keeps account. Mandatory transfer after some time. College graduate, single, bicycle owner. Living in branch office mandatory. Interview fee - Rs. 20, Pre employment training fee - Rs. 100 and Rs. 5,000 security deposit required.
